This 4 hour workshop is designed to enhance salespeople’s ability to design and implement short- and long-term strategies to build relationships and improve sales results in their accounts. Topics include;

 

  •         The difference between sales strategies and sales tactics
  •         The importance of goal setting in  large accounts
  •         An overview of six effective account strategies to build relationships and business
  •         Team exercise – in teams, participants brainstorm each strategy using this structured format, then present their conclusions for review and feedback
  •         How to Create an Account-Specific “Strategic Action Plan”
  •         Application exercise – participants create a strategic action plan for the account they profiled in the pre workshop assignment, then present plans in small teams for review and feedback
